Top Hat Club by Hat Fella Productions Membership Terms

Billing and renewal. Top Hat Club membership is $37 per month or $370 per year, billed automatically to your card through Stripe. Your membership renews each month or year until you cancel. Annual memberships renew at the annual rate on your anniversary date. If we ever change pricing, you get at least 30 days' written notice before it affects your renewal, and you can cancel before the new price kicks in.

Free trial. New members get a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start it. If you do nothing, the trial converts to the $37 per month plan on day 15. Cancel any time before day 14 ends and you pay nothing. The trial is for new members only, once per member.

Cancel anytime. No contract. Cancel from your billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and your perks stay active until then. We do not prorate partial periods.

Your perks. Perks belong to you, the named member. One agent, one account. They cannot be shared, transferred, or applied to anyone else's orders.

• 10% off Hat Fella Productions photoshoots and services. Applies to photography and media services on every order while you are a member.
• Priority booking. Members get first access to next-day appointments, subject to availability. We never bump another client's confirmed appointment.
• Free virtual staging. Up to 20 staged photos per listing. Photos beyond 20 on the same listing bill at our standard staging rate, and we will tell you before anything billable happens.
• Free decluttering edits. Standard decluttering and object removal at no charge. This covers furniture, clutter, and personal items, not structural retouching.
• No trip fees within 150 miles. Measured as the round trip from our Deltona, FL base to your property and back. Beyond 150 miles round trip, you pay only for the excess miles at our standard rate.
• Free reschedules. We waive reschedule fees, every time.
• 10th shoot free. Every completed, paid shoot counts as one, and a bundle counts as one shoot. Free or comped shoots do not count. Your 10th shoot is free up to $197, the value of our standard listing photo package. You cover anything above that. The counter resets after each free shoot and does not carry over if you cancel.

90-day guarantee. If your perk savings have not added up to more than your membership fees within your first 90 days, tell us and we refund every dollar of fees you have paid. You keep all the savings you already received. Savings are calculated from your actual orders: discounts applied, fees waived, and services provided free. To claim, you must have booked at least one shoot during the 90 days. One claim per member, first 90 days of membership only.
