For years we've quietly given you the extras for free — the staging, the decluttering, the reschedule when your seller flaked, the priority slot when you needed photos yesterday, no trip fees around town. As we've grown, those extras add up to a real cost. Instead of hiking our standard prices on everyone, we built one flat membership that covers it all — so we can keep giving you everything we always have, and add even more.
The Club is simply for the agents who'd rather pay one fair price, lock in every extra, and skip to the front of the line.
